These prices include the rental of the house for one week. Bed linen, towels, water, Electricity  and gas are included.

Deposit: from 10% to15% of the total rent.

Final cleaning: 100 euro

Balance: on arrival.

Security deposit : 250 €.

Usually, the week starts on Saturday not before  4.30 p.m. and ends the following Saturday not after 10:00 a.m.

Individual means of transport required. Parking.

Parking for rubber dinghies or caravans.

Baby equipment:  1 baby cots (0,60m.x 1,20m.) and one high chair

Pets are welcome.
